The first of our intimate cabaret shows features An Evening of Love Songs with Tiffany CasaSante & Friends. Enjoy an evening of hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar, with table seating on the stage of the historic Peoples Bank Theatre.

The evening’s concert begins with classical arias by the likes of Mozart and Puccini, while the second half of the program turns to the music of contemporary Broadway.

About the Artists

Tiffany CasaSanteTiffany CasaSante has been thrilling audiences with her full, dramatic soprano voice since her debut at Carnegie Hall as the featured soloist in ‘Angelus’ by Wocjeck Kilar. Tiffany received a standing ovation after her encore performance of ‘Angelus’ at Carnegie Hall where she also performed Gorecky’s Symphony Of Sorrowful Songs. Tiffany has performed numerous operatic roles and classical concerts throughout the New York area. Recently, Ms. CasaSante has been the featured soloist with our own River Cities Symphony Orchestra. Tiffany also enjoys teaching and has maintained a voice studio for the past eighteen years.

Barbara GrizerBarbara Grizer is excited to be back in her hometown of Marietta Ohio to perform at Peoples Bank Theatre. Barbara has won the Khalil award for her portrayal of Annie Sullivan in The Miracle Worker with the Mid Ohio Valley Players and also for her portrayal of Anne Shirely in Anne of Green Gables with The Actors Guild of Parkersburg. Barbara now lives and performs in New York City. She has performed in many concerts and shows throughout the U.S. and abroad, her most recent performances were in Croatia and Italy this past summer. Some of her roles include Barbarina in The Marriage of Fiagro, Papagena in The Magic Flute, Jospehine in H.M.S. Pinafore, The Witch in Hansel and Gretel, and Micaela in Carmen. 

Christian A. LindseyChristian A. Lindsey has performed as singer, conductor, and collaborative pianist in theaters and concert halls in Spain, Mexico, the U.S., and Puerto Rico. He has sung lead tenor roles in Spanish operettas (zarzuelas) and performed lead roles in various operas, operettas, and musicals, as well as soloist for several choirs, including the Lancaster Chorale with which he sang tenor solo in the premier of Patrick Dawes’ Psalm 91. His roles include Tamino, Rinuccio, McHeath, and Pirelli. Christian has served as musical director for two zarzuela companies in Spain, taught in Mexico, and has conducted dozens of zarzuelas, operettas, gala and choral concerts here and abroad, including Les Misérables with Mid Ohio Valley Players. Mr. Lindsey is slated to conduct Oklahoma! in June of this year at the People’s Bank Theater.

Dave Roberts has appeared in numerous Actors Guild of Parkersburg productions including The Civil War, Paint Your Wagon, as Padre in Man of La Mancha and as Muff Potter in The Adventures of Tom Sawyer: the Musical. He has also appeared in the WVU-Parkersburg production of HMS Pinafore as Captain Corcoran. He most recently appeared as the Conquistador Ancestor in The Addams Family at the Guild. A native of the MOV, Dave regularly serves as cantor and soloist in Parkersburg and Marietta area churches and studies voice with Tiffany CasaSante. He is a software systems analyst for Fairfax, Virginia based FedComp, Inc.

Jimmy SundquistJimmy Sundquist is a native of the Mid-Ohio Valley.  After graduating from Warren High School, he attended the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music where he studied choral music education and piano, and received a Bachelor of Music in Music Education.  He currently substitute teaches in several local school districts, serves as the organist of First United Methodist Church in Parkersburg, and often accompanies local musicians.  In addition to the piano, he is an experienced handbell ringer; he has performed handbell solos in the past, and currently plays in the Mid-Ohio Valley Ringers.
