October First Friday Outdoor Concert: Sadie Johnson with Opening Act Charlie Jean

This free, DORA-friendly event will be held on Putnam Street in front of Peoples Bank Theatre. No tickets are necessary to attend. Lawn chairs are welcome!
Singer, songwriter and musician Sadie Johnson began playing guitar at age 6 and touring at age 13 with her sister Samantha as the Sad Sam Blues Jam. She played guitar in the award-winning jazz ensembles at Bloomington High School North, graduating early to hit the road with the annual Ruf Records Blues Caravan in 2015. She remained active in music while studying at Marietta College and became a certified music therapist. In 2023, she released her debut solo album, Natural Distractions.
